At the 07 February 2026 KALA Quarterly meeting, elections were held for five Board of Directors positions and the association Vice-President position. There were three positions scheduled for re-election and two positions open following member resignation. We would like to send a special thank you to Henry Woodard and Joe Miller, they are both long-time board members who stepped down this year to make room for new voices to be heard. Henry was also gracious enough to volunteer as an Advisory Board member, having his knowledge and experience still available is a tremendous asset to KALA. Congratulations to the winners as they move forward improving the deer farming industry in Kentucky!
